Tires & alignment FAQ
When should I replace my tires?
Replace them before the tread wears down to the legal minimum, and sooner if they are cracked, bulging or more than about six years old. We measure the tread and tell you.
How often do I need an alignment?
Get one after hitting a kerb or pothole hard, when you fit new tires, or if the car pulls or tires wear unevenly.
Why rotate tires?
Tires wear differently depending on where they sit on the car. Rotating them evens the wear so a set lasts longer.
